AMICOR - company history
AMICOR is a family business established in 1980. The economic difficulties of the time forced us to make the decision to establish a clothing firm, despite different professions and background of the founders. The beginnings were very difficult. Using two borrowed sewing machines, in our free time (a teacher and an economist) we sewed small children's clothes in our own house. Later on we employed two female workers, followed by more workers, and the firm started to grow. All of us continued to learn our new profession, with an ambitious goal in mind - outstanding quality of our products.
Today we are the owners of a production facility in the centre of Szczecin with specialized machinery.
AMICOR's largest asset are its loyal and professional employees. Their professionalism allows us to implement the designer's technologically complicated solutions. Long years of cooperation with German customers has forged our feeling of responsibility for the products, quality and timeliness.
Recently our firm has implemented computer-assisted manufacturing, i.e. design, pattern gradation, digitalization and sample stitching. All of this is aimed at providing comprehensive services to our customers.
